Only Army Helicopter Pilots, Astronauts, Garbage Truck Drivers, Police Officers and Firefighters!
I don't know what I'll do if I ever have a girl!
I'm SOOOOO excited! This is Isaac's first real sign ever! Normally he just writes a few Ts, Os, and Is and then tells me what the sign says. Tonight he came and asked me to make a sign that said "Fire Truck Closed". So, I told him he could do it and I would spell it for him. These are the first R and Ks I've seen him write. He's getting so big!
WOW!! What a big boy. I have to say, it looked like a few scribbles until I read what it's supposed to say! Awesome! We were lettering it out (Evie and I) and I said that he forgot the "l". But Evie spotted it! I guess l's are a little lighter, or helium filled or something. So cute.
Those pictures are great. But the first one is AMAZING! Great shot. And what a super cute boy. Man. And is that your pancake shot in the previous post? I need me some with your lemon syrup!!
Oh, I saw "fire truck" right away, but then, this is just the handwriting I've been reading lately. I can't believe that's his first r and k, those are tough! BTW, that's exactly how Tyra wrote the r in her name until her kindergarten teacher convinced her otherwise, she would NOT listen to me about how to change her letters as she got better and faster, she just wrote basically the same way she figured it out the first time she wrote.
I wonder if the fairies and princesses I'll be bringing will be able to figure out how to play pretend stories with a more rounded out cast! I can't wait to see the 4 of them collide, my guess is we'll mostly be able to sit back and enjoy the show!
I remember in nursery all Isaac said was "fire truck". If he started crying, we would just give him a fire truck and he would be okay. He is such a boy!
S4- After Jumping on our bed, Seth said, "I can feel my heart beeping!"
I6- "I think there are small stalactites on our van." After he had noticed icicles at the bottom of the van doors.
I6 - "Does Santa watch the Science Channel to see how he can make toys and other things?"
Just a Thought...
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God; your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." ~ Marianne Williamson
